How is this different from connecting our own LLM to call transcripts?
A raw transcript is unstructured text. Build Your Own Worker reads from a conversation intelligence layer where every interaction is already scored against your rubrics, tagged for intent and topic, and mapped to your org structure. The worker operates on structured business context, with the integrations and access controls already in place.
What kinds of workers cannot be built?
The platform is built around contact center conversation data. Workers that require data sources Level AI does not ingest, or actions outside the platform's integrations, fall outside scope. The intake form captures use case detail so the team can confirm fit.
Is there a separate cost?
